Terms of Service

Terms governing your use of AgentVista.

1. Service Description

AgentVista is a unified observability platform for AI agents and infrastructure. The service includes a web dashboard, REST and OTLP ingestion APIs, open-source SDKs, and related documentation (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@agentvista.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or to AgentVista infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by transmitting malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law or the open-source licenses of our SDKs.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service for benchmarking or competitive analysis without prior written consent.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. Telemetry data, traces, metrics, and any content you submit through the Service remains your property. AgentVista does not claim ownership of your data.

You grant AgentVista a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee specific uptime or availability at this time. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security patches. We will provide advance notice when possible.

6. Pricing and Payment

The free tier is available at no charge with published usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before downgrading your account to the free tier. Your data will be retained according to the free tier retention policy during the grace period.

7. Intellectual Property

AgentVista and its logos, designs, and documentation are the property of AgentVista. Our open-source SDKs are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT).

Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use AgentVista trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AgentVista from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Data Retention Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice unless the violation requires immediate action to protect the Service or other users.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
